What helps us help you faster
Two things make an assessment much more productive. The first is knowing roughly when the problem started, and whether it has got worse — a condition that appeared after building work, new landscaping or a neighbour's project usually has a traceable cause.
The second is a photograph taken during or immediately after heavy rain. Standing water shows where water ends up; a photo taken while it is still moving shows where it came from, which is the part that determines the correction.
